What are the main interventions?

70% Stop & Go , 30 % de car diagnoses.
Among the fast interventions, the most frequent are oil change, braking, air conditioning and shock absorbers.

The first month, we made "simple" diagnoses needing neither replacement nor repairing of broken component parts. 
The following months, most of the diagnoses implied repairs (diesel injection pumps) or spare parts replacements (fuel injection, component parts, miscellaneous electric spares ...).

What are the types of car you repair? Which brand?
BCS's customers are representative of the Gabonese car fleet with a relative superior rate for brands not represented by car dealers (Audi, BMW, ...). 45% of the BCS's cars are from brands sold by SOGAFRIC (but not necessarly bought locally nor maintained before in the SOGAFRIC GROUP's garages).

What are the results of the opening of the BCS on the sales of BOSCH spare parts?

The latter achieved record sales in March. The advertising campaign run through the mass media such as television, the written press or radio stations reached new customers who came to visit our premises and buy our products.
The BCS campaign has had repercussions on spare parts sales at the Trade and Diesel Injection departments.
The BOSCH's department thus benefitted from the promotion of the brand.

What are the findings to date?

BOSCH's awareness and know-how and the numerous high quality offered by our departments have allowed BOSCH Car Service to be convincing.
