THE RENTER'S COMMITMENTS

The renter will pay for the all the charges of the damages or part of the damges, not covered by the insurance and the excesses.

Our ffer includes a 15% anticipated bonus, the loss of this bonus and an overbilling due to recorded damages will induce an additional billing.

The cars will be used only for professional purposes and within the limits fixed by the manufacturer.

Car repair will only be made after the insurance company's consent; the renter accepts to bear the consequences, no deduction will be made on the rent because of the immobilisation of damaged vehicles, whatever the cause.

The renter will make sure that the drivers have valid driving licenses adapted to the rented car.

Provide the list of car allocations by province, as well as the name and driving license number of the usual driver of the car.
